To access the Be My Eyes support for Hilton hotels:

  1. Open the Be My Eyes app
  2. At the bottom of the screen, activate the "Service Directory" tab.
  3. From the list of services, activate the "Hotels" button.
  4. From the list of hotels, activate the button showing the name of the hotel where you want assistance.
  5. That's it! You will now be connected to a live Hilton assistant.
